Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Sales, discount, or other clearance merchandise items cannot be exchanged and all sale items are final sales. Items must have their original tags attached, be unwashed and be in the same new condition as received in all of its original packaging. Same condition means: absolutely new, no odor, no dirt, no hair, no damage or otherwise in any condition other than brand new and ready to be resold to another customer.
No refunds will take place for change of mind.
We will gladly refund or exchange any new product within 15 days of its original purchase, as long as the product is in new condition (see above) and accompanied by its original packaging and receipt and has not been worn or in contact with an animal.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason not consistent with the spirit of this policy.

Return Charges: Original postal charge will not be refunded and any additional charge incurred in resending stock will be charged at cost.
Returns Eligibility for Jewelry Items:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- item must also be in the original packaging.
- Item must be free of finger stain, scratches and any damage.
- Item must be sent with proof of purchase.
- Item will be inspected when returned before being approved for a refund/exchange.
- You will be contacted by email.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
